Kernock Cottages in the Lynher Valley, Cornwall offers three restored barns set in a 25-acre private estate. The barns offer luxury 4 and 5* self-catering holiday accommodation for families or couples. The three luxury cottages are high quality, spacious, comfortable and flexible, sleeping 6, 4 or 2 people (plus cots if required). We are very baby friendly and provide baby equipment (cots, high-chairs, stair gates, sterilisers etc) at no charge.
Inside the holiday cottages
Every holiday cottage bedroom has an ensuite bath or shower room and most can be arranged as king-sized or twin rooms.
Features include oak and Rhodesian teak flooring, beamed ceilings, rugs and a mix of contemporary and a
ntique furniture, paintings and sculptures making each cottage comfortable and unique.
Each cottage is equipped with a CD player, television with DVD and digibox, radio alarm, board games and books for lazy days in.
Outside the cottages
Outside each holiday cottage you’ll find a private garden, well-lit terrace, built-in barbeque area and hardwood furniture. There are 28 beautiful acres of mature gardens, woodland, paddocks and fields to explore, an adventure playground for children, and lots to do locally.
The cottage kitchens
Each kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, ceramic or gas hob, fridge, freezer and a full complement of kitchen equipment and cookery books.

Kernock cottages are baby friendly cottages. For babies, cots, baby duvets, sterilisers, high chairs, booster seat, bouncy chair, monitor, Bumbo, baby bath, bath seat, bed rail, playpen and stairgates can all be provided, which frees up the boot space, and babysitting can also be arranged on request.
